OUR AIR-CONDITIONED  PARTY/EVENT ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION ONLY (DURING REGULAR PARK HOURS).
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to hold your timeslot and will be credited to your total purchase on party day (if no damage to the room is incurred).  Of course, if the park closes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will cheerfully refund your deposit.  Otherwise, reschedules (based on availability) are accepted and encouraged.

FYI – THE COTTAGE WILL COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE APPROXIMATELY 18-20 AND THE VENUE WILL SEAT APPROXIMATELY 100 -125 AND IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO LARGER GROUPS FOR COME & GO TABLE SEATING OR CLASSROOM SEATING.

BASIC Party / Event Package Include:

  • Fire Mountain Invitations are available (upon your request) at time of party booking with paid, non-refundable room deposit of $50.00.
  • Use of one of our party spaces (by reservation only) for 90 minutes.  Of course, you & your guests are welcome to stay in the park until closing time.
  • 10 All-You-Can-Ride Wristbands + 1 Extra Wristband for Party Honoree (@ no extra charge)
    • All-You-Can-Ride Wristbands are Combo bands good for all carnival rides and go-karts and boats as many times as you want to ride from opening until closing time date of party
    • Any season pass holder for the current season can be an “extra” guest at no extra charge
  • 100 Redemption Tickets for party honoree.
  • Two large pizzas and eleven fountain drinks are available from Russo’s Wood Fire Pizza for our parties at the special additional price of $35.00.
  • Room cleanup is also included at no additional charge but please be sure you have gathered all your belongings and gifts prior to the end of your room reservation time.   Our Party Director will be happy to provide you with assistance, if you would prefer.

Please Note:  Actual Time in the Party room is for 90 minutes [one and one-half hours];  Guests are welcome to stay in the park as long as the park is open.  Please be courteous and limit your time in the room to the time-period you reserved; other guests are usually waiting for the room to be vacated and cleaned so that their party may begin.

Our party rooms provide tables and seating.   You are welcome to reasonably decorate your room, providing your own decorations (balloons, streamers, etc.) but, NO CONFETTI NOR PINATAS are permitted in the party room nor the park!

Birthday cakes, cupcakes or cookies may be brought in; but NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS are permitted in the party room nor the park.

Most major credit cards are accepted over the phone or you are welcome to drop by anytime we are open to pay your deposit and pick up your party invitations.  Please Remember:  If no deposit has been received, your party time has not been booked.

Deposits are  non-refundable but are credited to your party total (unless the room you are occupying incurs damages beyond normal and routine cleaning up).  Applying your deposit to a reschedule is, of course, accepted and encouraged based on availability.

The usual age & height restrictions for each attraction do apply with the party packages (see “Attractions” section for those restrictions).
