OUR PRIVATE, AIR-CONDITIONED PARTY ROOM COTTAGE IS AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION ONLY (DURING REGULAR PARK HOURS).
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your timeslot and will be deducted from your total purchase on party day.
FYI – THE ROOM WILL COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 30 GUESTS.
PARTY PACKAGE
With Purchase of 10 or More Wristbands (See WRISTBANDS in PRICING INFO for more information):
(Note – Season Pass holders will not be charged for a party wristband; for example 2 party attendees have season passes then only 8 wristbands need to be purchased. If all party attendees have season parties, there will be no charge for the wristbands at your party.)Party Packages Include:
- Exclusive use of our decorated party room for one hour. Of course, you are welcome to stay in the park until closing time.
- One “setup” per wristband (setup includes paper plate, napkin, fork and drink). Extra “setups” are available for $2.00 each (including a drink).
- Fire Mountain Invitations are available upon request at time of party booking with paid, non-refundable room deposit of $25.
- Room cleanup is also included at no additional charge but please be sure you have gathered all your belongings and gifts prior to the end of your room reservation time.
(Please Note: Actual Time in the Party room is for one hour; guests are welcome to stay in the park as long as the park is open. Please be courteous and limit your time in the room to the hour you reserved; other guests are usually waiting for the room to be vacated and cleaned so that their party may begin.)
Our party room is decorated with tablecloths and colorful posters. You are welcome to add to our decorations (balloons, streamers, etc.) but, NO CONFETTI nor ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES!
Birthday cakes, cupcakes or cookies, and/or pizza, may be brought in (or delivered) but NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS are permitted in the party room or the park without express prior approval of the owner. Papa John’s, Double Dave’s and Dominoes deliver to Fire Mountain as of this writing.
Most major credit cards are accepted over the phone or you are welcome to drop by anytime we are open to pay your deposit and pick up your party invitations. Please Remember: If no deposit has been received, your party time has not been booked.
Deposits are non-refundable; applying your deposit to a reschedule is, of course, accepted and encouraged based on availability.
The usual age & height restrictions for each attraction do apply with the party packages (see “Attractions” section for those restrictions).
